Paddy Earnshaw to join House of Fraser as Chief Marketing Officer

House of Fraser has announced the appointment of Paddy Earnshaw as Chief Marketing Officer. The company said, he joins the company on 30th October and will report directly to Alex Willamson, Chief Executive Officer.

“I am delighted to announce the appointment of Paddy Earnshaw as our new Chief Marketing Officer. Paddy brings a wealth of digital, retail and online experience to House of Fraser and is one of the brightest, most innovative marketeers in our sector with a strong track record of delivering results at pace,” said Alex Williamson, House of Fraser Chief Executive Officer in a statement.

Earnshaw joins the business from Doddle, where he has been the chief customer officer for the last three years. Earnshaw started his career at Travelex as UK retail marketing manager, before taking on the role of group head of marketing and communications and subsequently customer director. He held a number of additional senior marketing positions including chief customer officer at Worldpay, with responsibility for 40 percent of the UK’s daily card transactions.

The company added that Earnshaw will be responsible for all marketing, both online and offline, and will be instrumental in the ongoing development‎ of House of Fraser’s ecommerce offering.

“After three amazing years helping Doddle disrupt the market and grow market share, I am hugely excited to be joining House of Fraser; a household name with great stores, brands and an amazing heritage,” added Earnshaw.
