The John Lewis Partnership has appointed Paula Nickolds as Managing Director of John Lewis. She will take up the position from January 2017. Meanwhile, Dino Rocos will be the lead director responsible for John Lewis operations between October 28, 2016 and Nickolds’ start date, focusing on the delivery of seamless customer service during the critical peak trading period.
