Practicology strengthens management team

Practicology, a global e-commerce and multichannel retail consultancy, has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Sweaty Betty’s former digital director Nicola Huet.
Huet has been appointed as head of internationalisation and will head up the Practicology’s overseas e-commerce, supporting its clients in the UK and North America with multichannel retailing strategies.
Most recently, she held the position of digital director at Sweaty Betty, prior to that, she held a project management role at Selfridges and worked for Louis Vuitton in Paris.
In addition, Practicology also hired Mark Pinkerton as director of optimisation and interim resourcing to lead e-commerce and multichannel performance improvement projects and oversee the interim placement of consultants into roles with Practicology’s clients.
Pinkerton joins from PwC Consulting where he was a senior manager in the customer and digital consulting team.
Practicology chief executive Martin Newman said: “I am delighted to confirm these two senior appointments, which are hugely important for the continued development of the business.
