Rob Pursell replaces Roy Naismith as Koovs’ CFO

Koovs has announced the departure of Roy Naismith from the Board of Koovs as well as from his position as the Group chief financial officer. Koovs’ board has handed over Naismith’s responsibilities to Rob Pursell, with immediate effect. To ensure a smooth transition, Roy will remain with the business until August 31, 2016.

Robert John Pursell joins the company from his earlier role as CFO at Eviivo, a software development business. He is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of Sheffield University. He is currently a Director of Hotel Solutions Direct.
