Salvatore Ferragamo names menswear designer

Italian luxury fashion house Salvatore Ferragamo has named Guillaume Meilland as its new menswear ready-to-wear design director. His appointment finalises the reorganisation of the design departments into three areas, following the recent appointments of Fulvio Rigoni, who showcased his first collection as design director of women’s ready-to-wear in September, and Paul Andrew, who will be heading up the brand’s footwear design.
