Sophie Hulme names new executives

New York - Sophie Hulme has made a slate of new appointments at their fashion label. The most prominent recent ones including Teresio Blanchetti as head of global sales, and Diane Crook as global communications director. Crook will be supporting communications, marketing and pr across all channels at Sophie Hulme.

The new managerial structure will take affect in July. Until the new managerial structure takes place, the brand will work with Polly King, Hulme's current sales agent, for the resort 2016 collection. This new structure will help bring Hulme's sales and marketing team in-house.

The brand is famous for their distinctive leather tote bags with metal details. They are carried in department stores around the world, such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, Harrod's, and Selfridges. This move could signify some big changes at the brand marketing wise, so who knows what the company could have planned moving forward, meaning they are certainly a brand to keep your eye on.
