Stéphane Roche named Chief Executive Officer of Vivarte

Stéphane Roche has been announced as the new CEO of ailing French group Vivarte, effective March 4. He will join President Patrick Puy in implementing a relaunch brand for the two company’s two remaining brands, La Halle and Caroll, following the sale of André, Kookai, San Marina, Chevignon and Naf Naf, among other brands.
“Both La Halle and Caroll show signs of certain economic recovery. These two brands now need a fashion specialist to ensure they also have the conditions to develop and grow in healthy and sustainable manner, at the height of their potential. Stéphane Roche has all the qualities required to carry out this mission”, said Puy in a statement.
Roche is joining Vivarte from Fashion 3, the fashion conglomerate behind Jules, Brice and Pimkie. Previous experiences also include senior roles at Brice, La Redoute Benelux and Procter & Gamble.
