Sunuva confirms new managing director

Designer children’s swimwear brand Sunuva has confirmed Bunty Stokes as its new managing director. A newly created position for the brand, Stokes has been appointed to assist the founders Emily Cohen and Sabrina Naggar in “scaling the business for growth”.
Stokes has extensive UK and European retail experience, she served as UK country sales manager for Vente Privee, as well as sales and merchandising director at online discount fashion company, Brand Alley, where she launched the business into the UK market in December 2007. In addition, Stokes spent 10 years at TK Maxx working in and managing buying teams.
Her appointment to Sunuva comes as the children’s swimwear brand looks to expand on its current growth, eight years on from its launch it has grown international to more than 35 countries.
Commenting on the appointment, founders Cohen and Naggar said: “We are absolutely delighted that Bunty has joined Sunuva as managing director. With her broad experience in multi-channel retailing, we are really excited about Bunty helping us drive the business to the next level.”
