Thomas Chubb named Chairman of the Oxford board

Oxford Industries board of directors has elected Thomas C. Chubb III as Chairman. He succeeds J. Hicks Lanier, who had earlier announced his retirement plans. Chubb will continue in his role as the company's CEO and President.

Oxford Industries designs, sources, markets and distributes products bearing the trademarks of its own and licensed brands. Oxford's brands include Tommy Bahama, Lilly Pulitzer, Oxford Golf, and Billy London. The Company has also granted licenses to select third parties to produce and sell certain product categories under its Tommy Bahama and Lilly Pulitzer brands. It holds exclusive licenses to produce and sell certain product categories under the Kenneth Cole, Geoffrey Beene, and Dockers labels.
