As a member of the Management Board of Gerry Weber International from 2008 to 2013, Strätker gained extensive experience in the modern woman segment. From 1999 to 2008, she served as managing director for products and purchasing with Biba Mode, where she played a decisive role in shaping the collection's unique, target group-specific identity and also boosted the efficiency of in-store retail spaces. Before that, Strätker was the head of purchasing for women's apparel with SinnLeffers. She began her career with Kaufh of Warenhaus.
As Managing Director Operation Friedrich will take over Bonita's operational activities. He will be responsible for the central management of both the distribution lines - retail and vertical wholesale. He has considerable experience in sales and purchasing which he gained in more than 40 years working primarily with fashion companies with an international focus. Friedrich worked with Gerry Weber International from 2009 to 2015, most recently as senior manager for retail and wholesale, where he managed several international market launches.
As a member of the Management of Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorf KG, he was in charge of purchasing for women's ready-to-wear apparel for the company's foreign stores from 2005 to 2008. Before that, he served as the managing director of Klaus Steilmann. From 1998 to 2002, he was board member responsible for purchasing, sales and marketing with SinnLeffers AG. He began his career with Peek & Cloppenburg KG in Düsseldorf.
