London fashion week accessories label Anya Hindmarch is set to open its debut store in Saudi Arabia, which will officially open its doors next week Tuesday, August 16.

The store, which will span 1,345 square feet and feature the label’s fall/winter 2016 collection, will be located within the luxury shopping centre Riyadh’s Kingdom Centre. It marks the opening of the 46th Anya Hindmarch store and follows on the labels expansion into the Middle East last year. Anya Hindmarch, which is lists Mayhoola for Investments as one its backers, previously entered into a franchise agreement with Etoile Group to establish a retail footprint within the Middle East, starting with a shop-in-shop opening in Tryano, Chalhoub Group’s concept store at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi.

The debut stand alone store’s interiors are said to have been inspired by the designer’s fall catwalk show “Do Computers Dream When They Sleep?,” which took place in February this year. To help bring the designer’s look to life, the brand enlisted the help of furniture design Martino Gamper once more, who has designed several pieces for a number of Anya Hindmarch stores. In honour of the designer’s debut store opening in Saudi Arabia, Hindmarch has also created a special sticker which reads “Yalla” in pixel-shaped crystals. The phrase “Yalla” is a well known phrase through the Middle East which means “Let’s go!”

Anya Hindmarch is set to open additional stores in 2017, reports WWD, although the label declined to reveal further details. At the moment the luxury label currently count 45 stand alone stores around the world, in addition to 150 wholesale accounts which include premium retailers such as Barneys, Colette and Net-a-Porter.
