Online womenswear retailer Atterley has opened its first-ever bricks-and-mortar store in Spitalfields, East London, which will offer a curated edit of its collections, as well as exclusive in-store only items.

The 500 square foot pop-up will be open until Sunday, December 20 and marks the first store presence for the online retailer since its relaunch in the summer to focus on its Atterley in-house collections.

With the store being open for the festive season the brand’s Christmas party wear line, which includes print dresses, jumpsuits and coats will be front and centre, as will the label’s autumn/winter 2015 collection. Prices range from 15 pounds for a jersey top to 380 pounds for a shearling coat.

The pop-up represents a test run for the brand, as well as an opportunity to raise awareness of the brand to allow customers to drop into the shop to “feel the fabrics, try on the pieces and see the attention to detail in the collection”.

“Spitalfields has undergone a huge transformation in recent years and Brushfield Street in particular has become a hub for women’s wear,” said Atterley chief executive officer Sally-Anne Newson. “It’s an interesting mix of traffic, with lots of tourists, but also its proximity to the City means there are a lot of female shoppers in the area who will stop by on their lunch breaks and after work.”

Atterley’s pop-up is located at 71 Brushfield Street, East London.
