Online fashion retailer Bonprix has relaunched its website in the run-up to Christmas to offer more functionality and features for its customer, including making it quicker and simpler to buy items.
The new site, which launched on December 13, has been optimised to provide a customer-friendly journey from the browsing stage through to delivery options, with improved navigation and functionality and efficient ways to search and find specific items, as well as offering improved sizing guides for greater piece of mind to shoppers unable to try items on in advance of purchase.
The website has also been re-vamped to work cleanly on mobiles and tablets, and the new changes bring bonprix.co.uk’s online systems in line with other brands from the FGH group – allowing shoppers to buy items from Bonprix, Kaleidoscope, Look Again, Swimwear365 and plus size specialist Curvissa with a single click.
In addition to the new-look website, Bonprix has also added a number of new services including a stated day delivery, a click and collect offering in partnership with myHermes Parcel Shop and later cut off times in certain areas for next day delivery.
Campaign manager at bonprix.co.uk Jennifer Vasis said: “We’re really excited about the new changes and what they’ll mean for our customers. Our ethos has always focused on delivering an on trend, value for money, hassle-free shopping experience to our customer and this investment in a new digital platform forms just a part of that.
“Christmas is a key selling period for our brand so we’re delighted that the changes will come into effect in advance of the festive buying period.”
