Crocs to make Northern Ireland store debut, Hollister preps first regional outlet

Crocs and Hollister are set to expand their physical retail presence in Ireland with two new stores at The Boulevard in Banbridge, marking a first for both brands in the region.

Crocs will open its first-ever Northern Ireland store on September 11, taking a 1,733-square-foot unit. The new location will offer the footwear brand’s range of clogs, sandals, trainers and accessories, giving Northern Irish consumers access to its full product offer locally.

Hollister will follow in October with its first outlet store on the island of Ireland and second physical location of an Abercrombie & Fitch-owned brand in Northern Ireland. The store will offer a range of apparel, accessories and fragrance.

The openings come as both brands continue to broaden their retail footprints and reach new consumer groups through different store formats. For Hollister in particular, the move into outlet retail provides an opportunity to extend its offer into the value-focused segment while maintaining a physical presence in the region.

The two brands join a growing number of international names expanding their presence in Northern Ireland, while The Boulevard reported record trading in 2025, with sales rising 11.5 percent and footfall up 12.3 percent year-on-year. The Boulevard was recently acquired by Frasers Group from Lotus Property, which remains asset manager for the scheme.
