Feefo adds fashion retailers

Feefo, the world’s leading purchaser verified reviews platform, has signed up a host of fashion retailers including French Connection, Gant, Jane Norman and Peacocks as new merchants.

With Feefo, only genuine customers who have made a purchase are invited to leave feedback, eliminating the phenomenon of fake or biased reviews. This feedback is then populated on the retailer’s website as well as on Feefo and is fed Google and, if it meets their criteria, the feedback is then converted into stars that form a visual representation of the retailers reputation.

The service has been growing as a response to the fast paced and competitive online market, where reviews can make or break a brands reputation, as well as the need for retailers to be able to access genuine customer feedback to improve their businesses.
