Flannels to open in Intu Metrocentre

Luxury fashion retailer Flannels is set to open at the Intu Metrocentre in the North East, adding to its portfolio that already includes Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, and Leeds.

Opening this month, the 9,000 square foot store will offer contemporary men’s and women’s designer clothing, footwear and accessories from brands including Hugo Boss, Guiseppe Zanotti, Moschino, Kenzo, Jimmy Choo and Y-3.

Commenting on the opening, a spokesperson for the Flannels Group said: “We are very excited to open our newest store in the Metrocentre, the latest opening within the Flannels expansion.

“Flannels strives to bring premium shopping to the UK and this will mean our customers in Newcastle will be able to buy some of the most sought-after designer products.”

The designer retailer recently opened a new branch in Sunderland and also has stores in Plymouth, Cardiff, and Nottingham.

The first Flannels store opened in Knutsford, Cheshire in 1976.
