Freeport Braintree, the premium designer outlet mall in the East of England, has added new fashion brands, including Hugo Boss.

The outlet mall owned by Hermes Investment Management spans more than 220,000 square foot, featuring more than 90 stores, and welcomes close to three million visitors annually.

Luxury fashion retailer Hugo Boss has secured a 3,815 square foot space to house its Boss Menswear line, which will be situated adjacent to Tommy Hilfiger and Hollister’s first outlet store in Europe.

In addition, the largest international direct and online retailers of cashmere, Pure Collection will open its first outlet store in the UK with a 750 square foot store located on the North Mall joining brands including Kurt Geiger, Ernest Jones and Ben Sherman.

Commenting on its debut outlet store, Pure Collection retail director, Ingrid Glasby, said: “We are delighted to have launched our first ever outlet store at Freeport Braintree. The catchment, tenant mix and mall performance are highly impressive and we have already received a great response from customers. Securing a site among Braintree’s leading retail lineup will undoubtedly benefit the continued success of our brand.”

The stores join a line-up of premium fashion and lifestyle brands at Freeport Braintree, which also includes Ted Baker, Barbour, Molton Brown and Hobbs.

Paul Wray, asset manager at Hermes Investment Management, added: “The addition of these new stores enhances Freeport Braintree’s extensive range of popular trend-led fashion and beauty brands. We have a line-up of top names providing excellent value that is unavailable anywhere else in the region. Demand for space has never been stronger, with more and more great retailers recognising Freeport Braintree’s dominant position in the region.”
