7Liverpool, an independent fashion retailer that takes its name from the seven key streets that linked directly to the famous Liverpool port over 800 years ago, has opened its debut store.

The menswear concept has opened a 1,200 square foot store on Liverpool One’s Paradise Street and houses a curated selection of footwear and apparel from brands including Adidas Originals, Kenzo, Android Homme and Mason Garments.

“Host to a select range of limited releases from highly sought-after labels, 7Liverpool sets a new precedent in terms of product offering, space aesthetic and shopping experience,” explains Jack Spellacy, buying director at 7Liverpool. “Our store represents the end of the era of bland presentation and delivery that has gone on for far too long.”

Spellacy added: “Launching on Paradise Street at Liverpool One is a dream come true for us and it is great to be a part of the local fashion heritage that inspired this new concept.”

Commenting on the 7Liverpool opening, Miles Dunnett, Director at Grosvenor Europe, said: “7Liverpool is another great addition to Liverpool One. The concept brings something very different to our line-up, reinforcing our fashion credentials and complementing the other recent arrivals and forthcoming arrivals, such as Jack Wolfskin and Guess.”

7Liverpool follows the opening of Jack Wolfskin, Lindt, Smiggle and Foot Asylum on Paradise Street, with Rolex and Urban Decay currently fitting out their stores in time for Christmas and Guess set to open its new store early next year.
