Kat Maconie to open pop-up on Carnaby Street

British footwear designer Kat Maconie, known for her colourful shoes and sculptural heels, is opening a pop-up store on Carnaby Street in London from March 10 to July 1.

The pop-up will showcase Kat Maconie’s 86-piece spring/summer 2023 collection filled with heels and flats inspired by California, from vibrant fuchsia ruffles emulating the flirtatiousness of a sweet Malibu sunset to gem-encrusted palm tree embroideries evoking the glamour of Beverly Hills.

Commenting on the opening, founder and chief executive Kat Maconie, said in a statement: “It’s such an exciting milestone for myself and the brand to be opening on Carnaby Street, we’re so excited to be in such an iconic central London location.

“I can’t wait to open our doors to more wonderful customers and to see their real time reactions to our collections, it’s incredibly rewarding seeing their faces light up as they try on the shoes. It was my 2023 goal to open a pop-up in central London, specifically Soho, and my team has made it possible to do exactly that!”

Kat Maconie's pop-up will be located at 29 Carnaby Street.
