Pakistani womenswear brand Khaadi has opened its first store outside of London at the Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham, as it looks to open a further six regional stores in 2016.

The 1,630 square foot Bullring store opened on November 28 and marks the retailer’s first retail space outside of London, and adds to its units in Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City, as it looks to expand its presence in the UK.

The womenswear brand is aiming for another six regional stores next year and has announced that the first of those will be a 3,316 square foot store at the new Westfield development in Bradford that will open in autumn 2015.

Lloyd Entwistle, Savills associate director, who represented the retailer, said: “As part of Khaadi’s expansion plan it was important to secure space in key UK locations that benefit from high footfall and large catchment areas.

“The Bullring has been proven as a first class retail location in the Midlands, whilst The Broadway Westfield development in Bradford is set to be a superb new shopping destination for Yorkshire.”
