Kurt Geiger to open store at Dundrum Town Centre

Premium British footwear and accessories brand Kurt Geiger has signed up for its first full-line store in Ireland at Dundrum Town Centre.

Set to open in Spring, the new 2,248 square foot store will be located on Level One of Dundrum Town Centre, where Coast had previously been. The store will offer the brand’s full range of designer footwear and accessories including Kurt Geiger London, Carvela, and KG Kurt Geiger for women, men and kids.

“We’re thrilled to be opening our first full collection Kurt Geiger store within such a dynamic location in the heart of Dundrum,” Ross Warden, retail director of Kurt Geiger, said in a statement. “Since launching the brand on Bond Street in the sixties, Kurt Geiger has set itself apart to become a leading premium footwear and accessories brand for women, men and kids and we look forward to seeing how customers react to our new collection.”

Simon Betty, Hammerson director of retail Ireland, added: “Kurt Geiger’s outstanding mix of footwear and accessories make it the perfect companion for the leading retail brands already based at Dundrum Town Centre.

“We’re constantly working to make sure the brand mix at Dundrum is as exciting and attractive as possible, and have welcomed a number of new retailers to the centre in recent years including Rituals, Thérapie and Folkster.”

Since opening on Bond Street in 1963, Kurt Geiger has grown to include over 70 stores and over 300 concessions globally, including concessions within luxury department stores Harrods and Selfridge.
