Designer clothing retailer, Layers London, is set to open a new 2,000 square foot store on Albemarle Street in Mayfair.
The new store will encompass the ground and basement floors and will offer avant-garde and contemporary designer brands. This marks Layers London’s second store, adding to its boutique on South Molton Street, London.
The Bond Street Quarter, the new name being attributed to Bond, Dover, Albemarle and Grafton Streets, has seen an influx of luxury fashion brands in recent times, with openings from Victoria Beckham, Alexander Wang, Amanda Wakeley, Aquazzura, Faliero Sarti, Moncler and Thom Browne.
Tors Hayward of Levy Real Estate, who advised on the letting of the store, said in a statement: “This is a stunning period building which has been meticulously restored to provide luxurious space.
“Layers London sources the finest avant-garde and contemporary fashion designers from around the world and brings together fashion, art and music to create a unique retailing experience which will be enhanced by this setting.”
Layers London will open at 17 Albemarle Street, London.
