New Look reopens refurbished Stoke-on-Trent store
UK fashion retailer New Look has reopened its store at Festival Retail Park in Stoke-on-Trent following a refurbishment project unveiled on October 9, 2026.
Spanning more than 10,800 square feet, the refreshed location is designed to improve the physical store experience while merging New Look's online and in-store capabilities. The layout features the retailer's latest collections across womenswear, footwear and accessories, alongside its 915 teen line.
"We are excited to welcome customers back to our newly refurbished Festival Retail Park store and mark the reopening with a fantastic weekend of activity," said Mark Matthews, chief retail and digital officer at New Look.
Integration of omnichannel capabilities
The updated space features an online returns kiosk, forming part of a broader nationwide rollout across the retailer's store network. The feature is intended to make online returns and exchanges faster and more convenient for shoppers.
The capital expenditure builds upon the brand's ongoing physical estate strategy, which includes recent retail space upgrades and store openings at Bluewater, Lakeside and Milton Keynes, as well as the launch of its flagship concept store at Metrocentre earlier in the year.
The physical store enhancements coincide with investments in the retailer's digital ecosystem, supported by a 30 million pound investment in technology capabilities and the expansion of its loyalty scheme, Club New Look, which has exceeded one million members.
"This refurbishment reflects our continued focus on selectively investing in and upgrading our store estate. The changes we are making bring our digital and physical channels together, whilst also showcasing our fantastic collections in a way to inspire our customers," Matthews added.
