Denim retailer Pepe Jeans is set to open a new flagship store in the middle of London's shopping district, namely Regent Street.

The label will unveil a 1,500 square foot flagship store at 59-61 Regent Street according to numerous industry reports. Pepe Jeans will be taking over two units on the famed shopping street, owned by Standard Life.

The unit is currently being used by Hawes & Curtis and apparel retailer Excellence of London, and are set to be refurbished into a single store, according to Londonplanning.org.

Pepe Jeans reportedly signed a 10 year lease for its new London flagship and will be paying approximately 700,000 pounds in rent annually.

The new flagship store is set to follow from Pepe Jeans newest store opening in Rome, and is part of the retailer's strategic expansion scheme, which sees the denim retailer opening a series of store in major European cities.
