Primark, Fat Face and TK Maxx to open in Fort Kinnaird

Fort Kinnaird shopping center in Edinburgh is set to welcome a series of new retailers, including Primark, Fat Face, TK Maxx and Simply Be/Jacamo.

Irish value retailer Primark will open a 40,100 square foot store in the shopping park by the end of 2015, part of the retailer's multi store strategy for the city. TK Maxx/HomeSense will be the first dual fascia larger format shop TJX opens in the UK and the 42,000 square foot store will open before Christmas this year.

Fat Face will be opening its third store in Edinburgh, after signing a ten year lease for a 4,800 square foot retail unit in Fort Kinnaird. Simply Be/Jacamo will open its first store in Scotland in the shopping center and has also agreed to a ten year lease for a 5,400 square foot store.

“The new brands are excellent additions to Fort Kinnaird and will help further strengthen the park’s attraction, adding to the broad and high quality offer already in place,” said Dan Clark, Senior Asset Manager for British Land.
