International luxury brands Delpozo, Red Valentino and Boutique One have signed leases to open flagship stores in London as part of the 131 Sloane Street development, a new six-storey building that spans more than 135,000 square foot.

Luxury prêt-à-couture fashion brand Delpozo will open its second standalone store in London with a 3,000 square foot space spanning across two floors, while Red Valentino will occupy a 2,500 square foot boutique to house its womenswear collections.

Multi-brand retailer Boutique One will open its first UK store, building on its established concept in the Middle East, where it offers designer brands including Alexander Wang, Proenza Schouler, and Adam Lippes.

Commenting on the signings, Cadogan chief executive, Hugh Seaborn, said: “These three international luxury brands are an exciting addition to the south end of Sloane Street. Each of them brings something different and fresh to the area, complementing the elegance of the street and reaffirming its unique place on the international shopping scene.”

The 131 Sloane Street development, which is due for completion in 2020, is inspired by Milan's Corso Como, and will feature six flagship stores and a courtyard to the rear. The six-storey building will also house office space and a restaurant.
