Sports Direct, USC and Flannels concept store set to open in Southport

Southport is set to welcome a new concept store which brings together retail and fitness under one roof this weekend as Sports Direct, together with its fashion concepts USC and Flannels, it set to open.

The new 62,450 square foot location, located on Taketh street, will also features a Everest Fitness Cub gym, with membership starting as low as 5 pounds a month. The new complex is said to have cost millions of pounds to develop. USC will feature brands such as G-Star, Lacoste and Vans, where as Flannels will offer higher-end labels like Vivienne Westwood Man, Hugo Boss and Moschino.

“We are really proud to open this new, ‘first of its kind’ shopping complex in Southport,” said a spokesperson for Sports Direct. “Our customers will get the biggest brands in sportswear, sports equipment and fashion under one roof. As we continue to grow throughout the UK, our ethos and commitment remains the same. We offer customers the biggest and best brands at guaranteed low prices.”

Sports Direct, USC and the Everest Gym will officially open their doors this weekend, whereas the Flannels fascia is scheduled to open at the end of September.
