Zalando is currently preparing for the opening of its first-ever standalone Beauty concept store in Berlin. Located on Weinmeisterstraße, within the trendy area of Mitte, the new store will act as a hub for the German giant to test and sample new brands and for customers to experiment with new looks and products.

The new Zalando "Beauty Station", set to open its doors to the public this June, will offer a wide range of products from L'Oreal Paris, Weleda, and Maybelline. In addition, the new store will also feature Korean brands, like Missha and It's Skin. Set to span 170 square meters, the new store will offer curated beauty experiences, such as makeovers, live beauty tutorials and exclusive product launches aimed at millennials.

"Beauty products naturally complement our current fashion assortment," said Claudia Reth, VP Category Specialties in a statement. "We are excited to empower our customers to complete their look with the right beauty products by giving full style advice and offering exclusive beauty highlights and trends, all in one destination." The opening of Zalando's new Beauty Station follows on from the online launch of Zalando's beauty category in Germany this Spring.
