Pure London partners with Gerard Levy

Pure London is partnering with premium footwear expert and retailer Gerard Levy for its upcoming spring/summer edition to launch its new Premium Footwear section.

Levy will work directly with the show’s head of footwear and accessories, Vicky Ogden, to curate the brands-by-invitation area, catering to premium brands, buyers and boutiques looking for something special, in a move to raise the position of footwear at the tradeshow.

In addition to Gerard Levy, the Premium Footwear section has already attracted the likes of Camper, Chie Mihara, Alberto Zago, c.doux, Lili Mill, Megumi Ochi, Homers and Castell, they will sit alongside Pure's existing line-up of more than 100 footwear brands.

Gerard Levy said: "Joining our show with Pure London will be an absolutely perfect match for everyone. I’ve always maintained a great relationship with the team at i2i Events Group, so to be asked to create their brand new premium footwear section was an easy decision.

“Our new creation will look fresh, light and contemporary, featuring only the very best footwear brands and designers.”

Ogden added: “This exciting collaboration marks a step change in the focus on footwear at the show for Spring Summer 16, with the introduction of more premium brands set to open up the Pure London experience to a whole host of new buyers.”

Pure London takes place on August 2-4, 2015 at the London Olympia.
