The world’s largest business festival is to take place at the Exhibition Centre in Liverpool and will run for three weeks from June 13.

The festival is expected to attract over 30,000 delegates from the UK and overseas, who can create connections and 'do deals'. Particularly relevant to the fashion and retail industries are the theme of week one, covering advanced manufacturing, and week three, which covers creative and digital business topics.

Each weekly topic will include 1-2-1 meetings with suppliers, buyers, investors and advisers, live export and investment opportunities as well as expert-led sector-specific seminars.

Made in the UK will be a key event during the festival, with UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) to deliver a session for manufacturers on future direction, innovation, opportunities and support. There will also be a talk covering textiles, discussing how UK textile manufacturing companies have survived the influx of offshore production as well as examining overseas business opportunities.
