Forever 21 seeks to trim down remaining UK store portfolio

London - Fast fashion retailer Forever 21 is reportedly assessing its entire UK store estate, including its flagship store on Oxford Street, London as its continues to flounder in the country.

The US retailer previous shutdown stores in Westfield Stratford City, East London, as well as locations in Manchester and Glasgow. Forever 21 is also said to be preparing to close down its store at the Lakeside shopping centre in Essex. All locations are likely to be taken over by rival fast fashion retailer H&M, reported the Telegraph.

FashionUnited previously reported that Forever 21 was looking to cut down its stores in Dublin and Kent, and its remaining stores in Oxford Street, Liverpool and Birmingham are understood to be under review.

The US fashion retailer is said to have appointed property agency Harper Dennis Hobbs to carry out a review of its stores in Oxford Street, Bluewater, Liverpool and Birmingham.
