Fashion chain Jigsaw is increasing its menswear presence with the opening of three new menswear stores within the next six months, writes Drapers.

Jigsaw relaunched its menswear business in 2012, after folding in 2004. The first specialized menswear store outside London to recently open was last week in Brighton, following a successful year for the division. "One of the reasons for this store opening is that menswear is flying for us at the moment - we are up 20 percent on the year - and the Brighton store was a great opportunity to expand our footprint quickly," Peter Robinson, Jigsaw's group head of press, said.

Including the recent opening in Brighton, the company currently counts four dedicated menswear stores. The remaining locations are Islington, Spitalfields and Mayfair. Menswear is also sold in eight other Jigsaw stores in London, ten outside the city, three concessions in John Lewis, and through the brand's webshop.

Where the new stores will be located has not yet been revealed.
