Natalie Massenet, founder of luxury e-tailer Net-A-Porter seems to be ready to take on a new challenge. The entrepreneur has recently filed paperwork for setting up a new company at the British Chamber of Commerce, says Women´s Wear Daily (WWD).
The company, which carries the name Imaginary Ventures, has been registered with Massenet as CEO and shareholder. A spokesman for Massenet has declined to disclose more information on the nature of the new company.
The word about Massenet´s departure from the company she had founded came out in September 2015. Her departure took place mere weeks after the company had announced a merger with Italian luxury outlet Yoox. Shortly after Massenet had left the company, Alison Loehnis was appointed as president of the Net-A-Porter Group.
